Job Overview

As the Head of a core Value Stream at TSB, you’ll drive technology and strategic leadership, partnering with teams to transform TSB Bank\’s products and experiences. Using an agile, iterative approach, you’ll shape the future of banking, champion trading growth, and manage diverse portfolios. Collaborating with key stakeholders and other Value Stream Product Owners, you’ll prioritize requirements and craft a compelling product vision and roadmap. Your leadership will inspire teams to revolutionize customer service.

Leadership Excellence

• Focus on regulatory timelines while driving innovative solutions.
