How You’ll Make a Difference Support the delivery of complex technical infrastructure requirements within an agile environment. Work within agile feature teams to understand business or technical problems, shape and refine requirements, support product backlog, and work closely with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and technical leads. Ensure solutions are resilient, efficient, and aligned with customer and business needs. What You\’ll Bring Expertise in analytical support and agile deliverables such as User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Requirements Traceability, and Process Flows. Experience in applying agile frameworks to deliver complex technical projects. Strong stakeholder engagement skills to bridge business and technical teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Support for continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives. Knowledge of risk and compliance management.
