As an Integration Strategy Manager, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Strategy & CEO Office team on key integration-related priorities for the CEO and Executive Committee. You'll help ensure informed decision-making, delivery momentum and clear governance throughout the integration process. Working on high-profile activity, you'll lead strategic analysis to support integration decisions, identify and resolve blockers, and coordinate cross-functional activity to ensure delivery remains on track.
You'll support the preparation of clear, accurate and timely integration progress reporting for the Executive Committee and the Board, providing insight into progress, risks and dependencies. You'll also play a key role in coordinating integration activity with Santander UK, working across teams to align delivery, support effective change implementation, and ensure integration activity is progressed in line with agreed plans, risk policies and regulatory frameworks. Through collaboration, analytical insight and strong follow-through, your work will directly support successful integration outcomes.
Qualifications
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, with the ability to define clear problem statements and support informed integration decision-making.
- Strong experience developing, testing and refining hypotheses using data, facts and observations to generate insight and shape solutions.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, including through PowerPoint and written materials for senior stakeholders, Executive Committee and Board reporting.
- Proven capability working with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, coordinating cross-functional activity and providing direction to support delivery against plan.
- Experience identifying and resolving delivery blockers, managing dependencies and supporting effective execution of integration-related activity.
- Strong logical reasoning skills, with the ability to interrogate data, create insight and explain solutions clearly.
- A collaborative and supportive approach, contributing to team delivery, supporting colleagues and helping less experienced team members where required.
- Commitment to demonstrating TSB behaviours, complying with risk policies and regulatory frameworks, and supporting the effective implementation of change.
