How you\\\'ll make a difference
In this exciting role, you\\\'ll be part of a feature team, within our \"Everyday Banking\" Value Stream, to prioritise, build, deliver and run products. Delivering enhancement incrementally in an agile and iterative manner, ensuring products meet customer expectations and achieve TSB\\\'s core outcomes. Working closely with stakeholders and the Value Stream PO to understand needs, prioritise requirements and define the product vision and roadmap.
What you\\\'ll bring
- Experience as a Product Owner in a mobile banking and web environment, or within banking products
- Agile Expertise: champion SAFe Agile principles, ensuring flexibility and iteration in delivery.
- Build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and articulate priorities with clarity and confidence, with the ability to use evidence and data to back up your decision-making process.
- Risk Management: Resolve dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure digital delivery success.
- Proven Industry Knowledge: Leverage trends in banking technology to drive trading growth and product excellence.
