This is an exciting time for TSB as we prepare to integrate with Santander and we are looking for a Data Privacy Manager to support the team with this and our "business as usual" activities. The Data Privacy Manager is responsible for assisting the Bank in managing data privacy risk and supporting the Data Protection Officer (DPO) carry out their oversight responsibilities under data protection and privacy legislation. You will make a difference in this role by providing clear and jargon-free advice, promoting privacy by design across the Bank and helping stakeholders find pragmatic solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to help shape and further develop the data privacy culture at TSB.

At least 3 years previous experience of working in a similar role and organisation.

The ability to communicate advice clearly and influence stakeholders across the Bank effectively.

Be proactive and take the initiative in resolving problems or removing roadblocks and enjoy providing guidance and developing and delivering training.

The ability to keep on top of progress of key deadlines and milestones and know when to escalate.

Be a collaborative team member, while having the confidence and experience to manage matters using your own initiative.
