TSAT is hiring a SENCo to join the Leadership Team at Maritime Academy in Strood, England. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to shape SEND provision to help each child reach their potential.
The successful candidate will oversee the development of SEND policy, work closely with staff, families, and external agencies, and ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice.
