The Portsmouth Academy is seeking a Behaviour and Pastoral Officer to join the Patrol Team.
You will promote positive values and student behaviour, and maintain a calm, visible presence around the site to help pupils reach their full potential.
You will support students with challenging behaviour, mentor underachieving pupils and contribute to safeguarding and wellbeing, working with staff, parents and external agencies.
