As Director of Art you will lead by example, develop, inspire and motivate your team and be committed to achieving high standards. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about embracing new ideas, demonstrates a positive attitude, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.
As part of the Artsmark Platinum Award you will lead on the development of the award, including building partnerships with cultural organisations, schools and the local community. You will have experience of teaching and leading across the subject area, with a proven background of achieving successful outcomes. The role will encompass the leadership and management of all aspects of the curriculum, as well as monitoring the quality and consistency of provision.
