The Portsmouth Academy is seeking a committed and proactive Behaviour and Pastoral Manager to provide operational leadership of behaviour and pastoral provision, supporting high standards of behaviour, engagement, wellbeing and readiness to learn.
You will lead Behaviour and Pastoral Officers and Pastoral Support Assistants, coordinating their day-to-day work and embedding the school's policies to create a calm, safe environment where students can thrive.
