Paignton Academy is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated SEND team and support students across Borough Road and Waterleat Road sites. You will assist pupils with diverse needs in class and through targeted activities, helping them engage with learning and build independence.
You will work closely with teachers, support staff and pastoral colleagues to monitor progress and wellbeing, fostering a safe, inclusive classroom where every student can thrive.
