At TSA, we've quickly gained traction with clients and creators. In the last twelve months we've grown, bringing on brands such as De'Longhi, Kenwood and E.ON Next, as well as growing our relationships with brands such as Jack Daniel's.
As Strategy Director, you'll have one clear ambition: to make TSA an indispensable strategic partner to our clients, with thinking that has genuine influence on their brands and businesses. Reporting to our Managing Director and joining our leadership team, you'll set the standard for strategy across the agency, from how we uncover insight and spot opportunity to how we brief our teams, measure effectiveness and turn learning into better work.
You'll be a senior strategic partner to our key clients alongside account leads, leading workshops and senior conversations that solve their biggest business, brand and marketing challenges through social and creator solutions. You'll work closely with our Creative and Creator teams to make sure strategy inspires ambitious, culturally relevant work. You'll also own how we measure effectiveness, moving our reporting beyond what happened to why it happened and what we should do next.
This is also a role about what comes next. You'll build and grow our Strategy function, oversee and develop our paid media offering, and lead the strategic use of AI, data and technology to make our thinking smarter, faster and more distinctive. You'll turn our expertise into new products, services and IP, play a key role in winning new business, and lead our thought leadership, representing TSA at industry events, on panels and in the press.
You're the one we're looking for if you have 8+ years' strategy experience within a social, creator and paid media environment, with a deep understanding of social platforms, creator culture, paid media and how audiences behave within social environments. You have proven experience developing social and/or creator strategies for major consumer brands, and a strong understanding of brand, communications and marketing strategy beyond social media alone. You're excellent at turning research, data and cultural observations into simple, compelling insights and strategic or creative opportunities. Most of all, you can connect business problems to strategy, and strategy to brilliant creative work.
We are offering a salary of £85k+ (DOE) plus an annual bonus linked to agency KPIs, alongside a comprehensive benefits package which includes 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), rising to 27 days after five years, with the opportunity to buy more. You will also receive private healthcare (medical history disregarded), a health cash plan, a pension scheme with employer contributions rising from 5% to 7% with length of service, and gender neutral parental leave. On top of this, you'll have access to life and personal accident insurance, discounted shopping and gym memberships, interest-free commuting and life loans, and free snacks in the office.
We ask our team to be in our London office Tuesday to Thursday, so everyone is together for key meetings and collaboration. On Mondays and Fridays, you can either work from home or the office, the choice is yours! We're also open to discussing other flexible working options.
At TSA, we are a rapidly growing creator led social media agency on a mission to be the leading agency in creating desirable brands worth engaging with. Founded in 2020, we were acquired by the global independent, family owned creative agency Five by Five, part of Lawton Communications Group. This means we have all the energy and excitement of a start up with the backing and system set up of a well established agency. Our team of 25 works with clients including Jack Daniel's, De'Longhi, E.ON Next, Kenwood and AJ Bell. At TSA we're committed to building a team as diverse as the audiences we produce work for. We encourage applications from all backgrounds, communities and identities and are committed to creating an agency full of diverse skills, experiences and abilities. We are an equal opportunities employer. We recruit on merit. Your talent, skill and passion are why you'll get the job.
