At TSA, we’ve grown by more than 70% in the last twelve months alone. We’ve welcomed brands like De’Longhi and E.ON Next and grown our relationships with brands such as Jack Daniel’s. Now we’re looking for a Senior Creator Marketing Executive to help us keep that momentum going. We’re a creator inspired social media agency, founded in 2020 and later acquired by Five by Five, a global, independent and family-owned creative agency. That means we have all the energy of a start-up, with the backing and structure of an established agency behind us.
The role
This is a role for someone who loves seeing a creator campaign come together. You’ll take campaigns for your clients from the first brief right through to delivery, keeping them on time and on budget and aiming to beat their KPIs, not just hit them. Because you’ll know every stage of a campaign inside out, you’ll be able to get ahead of things and keep campaigns running efficiently and profitably. Your clients will see you as their go-to person. Whether it’s a quick update or a tailored report on how their creators performed, you’ll keep them informed and confident in what we’re delivering. If a problem comes up, you’ll be the one to tackle it, and you’ll know when something needs flagging to the wider team.
Creators are at the heart of what we do, so you’ll spend a lot of your time with them. That includes researching and reaching out to the right people for current and prospective clients, with shortlists so well matched that clients rarely ask for changes. It also means looking after our existing creator relationships, finding new talent to grow our network and making gifting feel seamless for brands and creators alike. When there’s an event, you might run it from the invites to hosting on the day, making sure creators enjoy themselves and the content flows naturally. We’d also love you to bring ideas to the table. Key dates, seasonal moments, campaign concepts or paid ad opportunities: if you spot something that could work for a client, even beyond what’s been scoped, we want to hear about it. And when it comes to working with the team, you’ll keep everyone in the loop by sharing the key actions from meetings quickly and clearly.
About you
You’ll have at least two years’ experience in creator and social media marketing, ideally in a similar role, and you’ll know Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube inside out. You’re a natural with people, a clear communicator in writing and in person, and a strong copywriter with a sharp eye for grammar and spelling. Juggling several projects at once doesn’t faze you, because you’re highly organised and you enjoy a fast pace. You think creatively and look ahead to what clients might need next. You’re collaborative and positive, and you know when to take the initiative. You’re also comfortable presenting to and working with senior colleagues. On the practical side, you’re confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Google Analytics would be a bonus.
