At TSA, we’ve quickly gained traction with clients and creators (influencers), working with incredible clients such as Whittard of Chelsea, Jack Daniels and The Collective. We’re looking for a hybrid Account & Project Manager to join the team, who is hungry and motivated to be part of an exciting, rapidly growing agency.
About You:This role is central to connecting our internal teams with our clients to optimise account growth and operational excellence. You’ll take ownership of the internal lifecycle of creator and social campaigns, from initial scoping and resource tracking all the way to final execution and financial reconciliation. You’ll work closely with the Senior Project Manager to track progress, ensuring the agency is utilised effectively through well maintained timing plans and project trackers. We’re looking for someone who’s truly process driven and confident at managing financial admin, but also happy to step away from the desk to oversee shoot logistics providing onsite assistance. As a proactive daily contact for our clients, you’ll lead status updates and deliver a professional experience that nurtures trust and long term organic growth. You’re an expert who creates case studies and data driven results to support strategic recommendations, pitches and contract reviews. Staying up to date with competitor trends and social platform updates is what drives your passion for the creator and social media marketing industry. We are offering a competitive salary (£35,000 - £40,000) and benefits package which includes 25 days holiday plus bank holiday entitlement with the opportunity to buy more. We ask our team to be in our London office Tuesday to Thursday, so everyone is together for key meetings and collaboration. On Mondays and Fridays, you can either work from home or the office, the choice is yours!
