Rural Surveyor (Valuations) – RICS / MRICS Qualified
Location: North Yorkshire / North East
Salary: £60,000 OTE + benefits (dependent on experience)
We are working with an established property consultancy seeking an experienced RICS or MRICS qualified Rural Surveyor to join their team, covering a diverse portfolio of rural property, land and estate work across North Yorkshire and the North East .
This is an excellent opportunity for a Surveyor with a strong background in valuations and appraisals , looking to work with a varied client base across agricultural, residential, commercial and rural property assets.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Undertaking valuations and appraisals across a range of rural, agricultural and mixed-use property assets
- Acting on behalf of clients in the sale and acquisition of property, land, farms and estates
- Overseeing the management and provision of advice across residential, commercial, agricultural and sporting property
- Supporting landowners with Compensation and Compulsory Purchase matters across a variety of projects
- Delivering Landlord & Tenant advice , including new lettings, rent reviews and tenancy renewals across AHA and FBT agreements
