TSA are currently working with a client who is looking to recruit a Technical Building Data Analyst to support their growing asset management and building data team.
This position would suit someone with a building surveying background who enjoys working with data and is interested in moving into a more analytical and technical role within the housing and asset management sector.
The Role The Technical Building Data Analyst will support the analysis and management of property data across large housing portfolios.
Working closely with surveyors and technical teams, you will review stock condition and asset data to help inform maintenance planning, investment decisions and asset performance.
The role involves analysing survey data, reviewing building condition trends and supporting the development of internal reporting systems used to manage property and energy performance data.
