TSA Surveying are currently supporting a Local Authority in Ipswich and require a team of qualified Stock Condition Surveyors.
Role Overview:
- Conduct Stock Condition Surveys across residential properties in and around Ipswich.
- Portfolio of 1200+ properties.
- Paid per survey.
- Bedsits, Flats, Houses and Blocks.
- Outside IR35.
- Must be able to commit to 4/5 DAYS A WEEK and a minimum of 35 surveys a week.
Contract Details:
- Duration: 2 Month Contract.
- Start Date: ASAP.
- Appointments: Pre-arranged by the client and door knocking.
- Equipment Provided: ID badges, Tablet, Calling Cards, Letters of Authority.
