Role Overview:
- Conduct stock condition and MinimalRDSAP across residential properties in and around Croydon (CRO and CR2)
- Portfolio of 800+ properties
- Paid per survey
- Flats, Houses and Blocks
- Outside IR35
- Must have RDSAP EXPERIENCE
- Must be able to commit to 4/5 DAYS A WEEK
- Survey Template available - will forward upon request
Contract Details:
- Duration: 6-month rolling contract
- Start Date: Expected from 5th May
- Appointments: Pre-arranged by the client and some door knocking (optional)
- Equipment Provided: ID badges, Tablet, Calling Cards, Letters of Authority
