TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a Stock Condition and EPC Assessor to their team across Bournemouth. Your responsibilities will include: Carry out stock condition surveys on social housing properties including kitchens, bathrooms and HHSRS. Conduct Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) assessments to determine energy efficiency ratings. Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards. About the Role: Surveys are carried out on a asset management software tablet devices will be provided. Carry out 4 - 6 completed surveys per day Induction provided to use the software.
