Stock Condition Surveyor in Stafford

TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a Stock Condition Surveyor to their team based in Stafford. Your responsibilities will include: * Carry out stock condition surveys on social housing properties including kitchens, bathrooms and HHSRS. * Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards. * Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms. About the Role: * Surveys are carried out on a asset management software tablet devices will be provided. * Carry out 6-10 completed surveys per day. * Induction provided to use the software. * Outside IR 35. * Paid Per Survey – Houses, Flats, Blocks. Ideal Candidates: Experience in stock condition surveying or related fields. Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets). Familiarity with the HHSRS system.
