TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a Stock Condition and EPC Assessor to their team across Redditch.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carry out stock condition surveys on social housing properties including kitchens, bathrooms and HHSRS.
  • Conduct Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) assessments to determine energy efficiency ratings.
  • Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.

About the Role:

  • Surveys are carried out on asset management software - tablet devices will be provided.
  • Carry out 5-8 completed surveys per day.
  • Induction provided to use the software.
  • Outside IR35 role.
  • Door knocking.
  • Properties can be slightly scattered.
  • Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats, Blocks.

Additional requirements for the project:

  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
  • Happy to manage your own list with no pre-booked appointments.
  • Available to work full time on an ongoing basis.
  • This is a long-term, ongoing project, so we’re looking for a reliable surveyor.

Ideal Candidates:

  • Experience in stock condition surveying or related fields.
  • Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets).
  • Experience in energy.
  • Elmhurst accredited.
