TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a Stock Condition and EPC Assessor to their team across Redditch.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carry out stock condition surveys on social housing properties including kitchens, bathrooms and HHSRS.
- Conduct Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) assessments to determine energy efficiency ratings.
- Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.
About the Role:
- Surveys are carried out on asset management software - tablet devices will be provided.
- Carry out 5-8 completed surveys per day.
- Induction provided to use the software.
- Outside IR35 role.
- Door knocking.
- Properties can be slightly scattered.
- Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats, Blocks.
Additional requirements for the project:
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Happy to manage your own list with no pre-booked appointments.
- Available to work full time on an ongoing basis.
- This is a long-term, ongoing project, so we’re looking for a reliable surveyor.
Ideal Candidates:
- Experience in stock condition surveying or related fields.
- Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets).
- Experience in energy.
- Elmhurst accredited.
