We are working with a growing surveying operation focused purely on Level 2 HomeBuyer surveys within the investment sector supporting portfolio landlords and investors purchasing tenanted stock. This is a fully remote, field-based role with all instructions generated internally (no panel work, no mortgage valuations).

The role:

  • Carry out Level 2 HomeBuyer surveys on residential investment properties
  • Produce clear, high-quality reports using internal systems
  • Manage a steady workload of up to 8 surveys per week
  • Work independently within your allocated patch
  • Deliver same-day reporting and sign-off

What We’re Looking For:

  • MRICS preferred (strong AssocRICS considered, min 22.5 PQE)
  • Proven experience delivering Level 2 residential surveys
  • Strong understanding of building pathology (advantageous)
  • Confident working autonomously in a high-output environment
  • Strong report writing and organisation skills
