TSA isseeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to deliver a comprehensive range of professional building surveying services across a diverse property portfolio.

The role involves managing projects from inception through to completion, providing expert technical advice, conducting surveys and inspections, preparing technical reports and specifications, administering construction contracts, and advising clients on property condition, maintenance, compliance, fire safety, and building safety.

You will work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest professional standards, while also supporting business development, mentoring junior team members, promoting sustainable building solutions, and contributing to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied portfolio of building surveying projects from inception to completion.
  • Undertake building surveys, condition assessments, defect diagnosis, and technical due diligence.
  • Prepare technical reports, specifications, schedules of work, condition reports, and tender documentation.
