TSA Surveying is working with a prominent Building Consultancy to deliver Damp and Mould Surveys across Newham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate reports of damp, mould, condensation, and leaks.
  • Carry out property inspections and assess housing conditions.
  • Identify the root causes of damp and mould issues.
  • Raise repair orders and monitor contractor performance.
  • Ensure repairs are completed within target timescales.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and inspection notes.
  • Support compliance with Awaabs Law and housing regulations.
  • Prioritise vulnerable tenants and high-risk cases.
  • Liaise with residents, contractors, surveyors, and housing teams.
  • Provide tenants with advice on reducing condensation and mould.
  • Respond professionally to complaints and resident enquiries.
  • Monitor health and safety risks within occupied properties.
