Overview
Im currently working with a modern, fast-growing lettings agency in Leeds looking to hire a Creative Lettings Negotiator. This is not a traditional estate agency role. Its an opportunity for someone to combine property, people and content creation to help let homes faster and build a standout brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings and host open house events
- Manage applicant registrations and tenancy applications
- Progress lets through to completion and move-in
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Capture high-quality photo and video content for listings
- Create engaging social media content (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Write compelling property descriptions
- Support the growth of the companys online presence
Requirements
- Experience within residential lettings (ideal but not essential)
- Confident, personable and professional
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy pipeline
- Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset
- Interest in social media, marketing and content creation
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
