We are working with a well-established Agriculture Department who are looking for an RICS-qualified Land Agent to join their team and take responsibility for their own portfolio of rural estates. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in land agency, rural estate management or agricultural property who is looking for genuine responsibility, varied work and the opportunity to build strong client relationships. The Role You will work closely with the Senior Land Agent / Head of Agriculture and will be responsible for a varied portfolio of rural estates, including: Managing landlord and tenant relationships and day-to-day estate matters Undertaking rent reviews, rent collection and arrears management Advising on agricultural and rural government grants Liaising with the Rural Payments Agency and Natural England Preparing and maintaining land and property mapping Assisting with agricultural client accounts and reporting Managing grazing agreements, repairs and maintenance Project managing specialist rural property projects Providing professional advice on rural estate and land management About You We are looking for someone who is:
