TSA Surveying are currently supporting a Local Authority in Ipswich and require a team of qualified Stock Condition Surveyors.

Role Overview:

  • Conduct Stock Condition Surveys across residential properties in and around Ipswich.
  • Portfolio of 1200+ properties.
  • Paid per survey.
  • Bedsits, Flats, Houses and Blocks.
  • Outside IR35.
  • Must be able to commit to 4/5 DAYS A WEEK and a minimum of 35 surveys a week.

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 2 Month Contract.
  • Start Date: ASAP.
  • Appointments: Pre-arranged by the client and door knocking.
  • Equipment Provided: ID badges, Tablet, Calling Cards, Letters of Authority.
