Property Manager
Location: Huddersfield
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, plus every other Saturday (with a day off during the following week)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
An opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Property Manager to join an established residential lettings team, overseeing the day-to-day management of a fully managed property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities Managing tenant applications, tenancy agreements and move-in packs.
Ensuring compliance documentation and property records are up to date.
Coordinating property maintenance, repairs and contractors.
Liaising with landlords, tenants and utility providers.
Processing invoices, property charges and tenancy deposit claims.
Conducting check-in and check-out appointments and reviewing inventories.
Preparing and serving relevant tenancy notices.
Managing queries throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
About You Previous experience in residential lettings or property management is desirable.
Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicating with landlords, tenants and contractors.
Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential.
