Im currently working with a well-established and highly regarded lettings agency, part of a leading UK-wide property group, who are looking to appoint an experienced Head of Property Management to lead their Leeds operation. This is a key leadership role, ideal for someone who has a strong background in managing large property portfolios and is confident driving performance, improving processes, and leading high-performing teams.
The Role
- Youll take full responsibility for overseeing a sizeable property management function, leading a team of Property Managers and ensuring service delivery is consistent, efficient, and client-focused.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a large team
- Managing relationships with key portfolio landlords and clients
- Overseeing onboarding and training of new team members
- Driving operational improvements and implementing best practice
