TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint Stock Condition and RdSAP Surveyors in Sussex and Kent
Role:
- Using tablets to record the condition of social housing properties, remaining lifespan of components such as kitchens and bathrooms will be recorded along with the condition of the properties' exterior.
- Apex Software
- 4 to 8 months of work
- I have the postcode list (Happy to forward on request)
- Letter dropping every 2/3 weeks and pre booked appointments by the client.
- Software Training Provided
- Outside IR35 role and Paid Per Survey - Flats, Houses and Blocks
- Equipment and software proficiency - ability to use specialised tools and software for data collection.
- Must be a DEA or have the energy experience (RDSAP)
