Key
Responsibilities: Conduct stock condition surveys on social housing properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, and assessments under HHSRS.
Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.
EPC assessments Assess the remaining lifespan of key components such as kitchens and bathrooms.
About the
Role: Surveys will be completed using asset management software (tablet devices provided).
Complete 8-10 surveys per day.
Training on the software provided.
Outside IR35 paid per completed survey (houses, flats, and blocks).
Ideal
Candidates: Experience in stock condition surveying. ( a must) Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets).
Experience in energy.
Familiarity with the HHSRS system Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
