TSA Surveying is currently looking to recruit for an Associate Director from a Building Services background to work in the professional services sector. Our client is a well-recognised global brand operating at the forefront of technical advisory services to the public and finance sector. Due to their prior track record, they operate at the top table of advisory services to several of the major government agencies. As a result of an internal promotion and growth in workload, they are looking to recruit an individual to head up their M&E offering nationwide.
Working in their professional services team, they aim to meet their clients' estate needs, covering a variety of work from asset verification & lifecycle analysis, condition and dilapidations surveys, and maintenance reviews.
They are looking for someone with the ability to:
- Develop and manage, on behalf of clients, projects from beginning to end, primarily in an independent certifier or advisory capacity.
- Develop and advise clients on PFI/PPP handback strategy and scope.
- Undertake asset verification, condition, or dilapidation surveys on Mechanical and Electrical Plant.
- Assess and provide specific insight into the condition, performance, and operational risk of M&E systems by undertaking non-intrusive inspections and review of as-built and O&M documentation.
- Where required, review statutory compliance documentation.
