The Role
You will take ownership of the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to completion working with motivated buyers and sellers in a target-driven environment. Day to day, you will:
- Speak with and qualify active buyers
- Conduct viewings and drive urgency
- Negotiate offers with confidence and commercial awareness
- Progress deals through to completion
- Manage multiple transactions at pace
- Keep momentum in every deal - no stagnation
This is a role for someone who enjoys being in the middle of the action and thrives on getting deals over the line.
