We are working with a growing company specialising in off-market investment properties, supported by an active investor network. This is a high-impact role focused on driving deals from initial contact through to completion, with speed and efficiency.
The Role
- Selling investment opportunities from first contact through to completion
- Taking full ownership of the sales progression process across multiple live deals
- Liaising closely with solicitors, vendors, and investors to maintain momentum
- Proactively managing timelines, resolving delays, and ensuring deals complete
- Building, maintaining, and expanding a strong investor network
Requirements
- Experience in sales progression, property sales, or investment sales
