Job Opportunity: DEA/Stock Condition Surveyor
TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a contract DEA to their team in Cumbria.
Role Overview: As a Stock Condition Surveyor/DEA, you will use a tablet to record the condition of various social housing properties. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms
- Evaluating the exterior condition of the properties
- Applying the HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) to identify health and safety risks at each location
- Gathering EPC information (No Lodgement)
Ideal Candidates:
- Experience in stock condition surveying or related fields
- Familiarity with the HHSRS system
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets)
- Experience in carrying out EPCs
- Accredited DEA through Elmhurst or ECMK
