Role Overview:
- Conduct stock condition and RDSAP Surveys across residential properties in and around Croydon and Southeast London (CRO, CR2, SE25, SE19, CR4 and CR7).
- Portfolio of 1500+ properties.
- Paid per survey – Bedsits, Flats, Houses and Blocks.
- Outside IR35.
- Must have RDSAP EXPERIENCE.
- Must be able to commit to 4/5 DAYS A WEEK.
- Survey Template available - will forward upon request.
Contract Details:
- Duration: 12-month rolling contract.
- Start Date: ASAP.
- Appointments: Pre-arranged by the client and some door knocking (optional).
- Equipment Provided: ID badges, Tablet, Calling Cards, Letters of Authority.
