Job Description Commercial Property Manager\n Salary: £40,000+\n Location: Newcastle\n Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent\n Benefits: Excellent benefits package\n \n Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle\n \nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join a successful and growing property consultancy in Newcastle.\n \nYou'll manage a diverse commercial property portfolio , working closely with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure properties are managed efficiently, professionally and to the highest standards.\n \nThe Role\n \n Manage a varied portfolio of commercial properties \n Build strong relationships with clients, tenants and contractors \n Oversee repairs, maintenance, insurance renewals and claims \n Manage service charge budgets and reconciliations \n Deal with rent arrears, credit control and tenant queries \n Handle lease renewals, rent reviews and landlord & tenant matters \n Prepare client reports and process invoices \n Proactively resolve issues and challenging situations \n Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies \n Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the business \n About You\n \n Proven Commercial Property Management experience \n Strong understanding of landlord & tenant matters and service charges \n Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload \n Excellent communication and relationship-building skills \n Proactive, professional and commercially minded \n Strong customer service and problem-solving skills \n Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle \n The OpportunityA competitive £40,000+ salary , excellent benefits and genuine scope for career development and progression within a supportive and collaborative team.\n \nIf you're an experienced Commercial Property Manager looking for your next move in Newcastle, get in touch for a confidential conversation. \
