TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a Building Consultancy who are currently seeking Surveyors to carry out Stock Condition Surveys and RdSAP Assessments across West London.
Role Details:
- Outside IR35
- Paid per survey – Houses and Flats
- 2500+ properties to be surveyed
- Properties located in/around West London (postcode list available on request - TW, UB, W)
- ID badges, calling cards, property lists, and a letter of authority provided
- Majority of properties are pre-booked by the client
- Start Date - Jan 5th 2026
Requirements:
- Must be a Qualified DEA or very strong RDSAP knowledge
- Experience in Domestic Energy and carrying out RdSAP Assessments
- 6-month contract
