Part-Time Disrepair Surveyor

TSA Surveying is working with a consultancy that is looking to engage experienced Disrepair Surveyors on a part-time basis to support additional disrepair work.
This is a flexible opportunity, ideal for surveyors looking to supplement their current workload with 1-2 days per week.
Areas Covered:
- Devon
- Dorset
- Isle of Wight
- Surrounding South West locations
Role Responsibilities:
- Carrying out disrepair inspections on residential properties
- Assessing building defects and housing disrepair issues
- Producing clear and accurate survey reports
- Liaising with housing providers where required
Requirements:
- Experience undertaking disrepair surveys
- Strong knowledge of residential building pathology
- Ability to produce detailed written reports
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
