Role Overview: As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you will use a tablet to record the condition of various social housing properties. Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms Evaluating the exterior condition of the properties Applying the HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) to identify health and safety risks at each location Experience in stock condition surveying or related fields This job is on a pay per survey basis.
