Salary: £75,000 £83,000 + 10% monthly car allowance + 8% annual bonus

What Youll Be Doing
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and act as Project Director on complex, high-profile projects.
- Provide strategic advice on building performance, lifecycle planning, and creative reuse.
- Build and nurture trusted client relationships.
- Contribute to business development, mentoring, and practice innovation.
- Chartered status (RICS, CIBSE, or equivalent) with a background in building surveying or property consultancy.
- Proven experience leading complex projects and collaborating across disciplines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging diverse audiences.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for improving the sustainability and performance of buildings.
- Flexibility to travel when required.
- Salary: £75,000 £80,000 (depending on experience)
- Pension: A maximam of 20% total
- Car allowance: 10% of monthly salary
- Annual performance bonus: up to 8% of salary, consistently achieved over the past four years
