About the Role: We are partnering with a leading building consultancy to recruit a Stock Condition Surveyor for an ongoing project based in Portsmouth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct stock condition surveys on social housing properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, and assessments under HHSRS.
- Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.
- Completing RDSAP assignments.
- Assess the remaining lifespan of key components such as kitchens and bathrooms.
- Surveys will be completed using asset management software (tablet devices provided).
- Complete 8-10 surveys per day.
- Full induction and training on the software provided.
- Outside IR35 paid per completed survey (houses, flats and blocks).
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in stock condition surveying or a related field.
- Confident using technology (tablet‑based survey software).
- Familiarity with HHSRS standards.
- Knowledge of RDSAP10.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
