TSASurveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appointStock Condition Surveyorson a 18MONTHCONTRACTstartingASAPin/around the EAST LONDONarea to surveyOVER 1800 PROPERTIES.

All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software(IN HOUSE SOFTWARE)

• Outside IR35 role
• Paid Per Survey – Houses, Flats, Blocks
• Over 1800 properties to be surveyed –STOCK CONDITION ONLY
• ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority.
• Letter dropping every 2/3 weeks by the client.
• Booked appointments by the client
• 18 MONTH CONTRACT – possible extension basedon performance.
• FULL TIME ONLY – 4/5 DAYS ARE A MUST
• AREAS TO COVER – ILLFORD, COLCHESTER, CHELMSFORD, ROMFORD, SOUTHENDON SEA and NEWHAM
