TSASurveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint Stock Condition Surveyors on a 9 MONTH CONTRACT starting ASAP in/around the HAMPSHIRE area to survey over 1000 properties.
All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software (IN HOUSE SOFTWARE).
- Outside IR35 role
- Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats, Blocks
- Over 1000 properties to be surveyed - STOCK CONDITION and RDSAP ID Badges
- Calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority
- Letter dropping every 2/3 weeks by the client
- 6 MONTH CONTRACT - possible extension based on performance
- FULL TIME ONLY - 4/5 DAYS ARE A MUST
- Properties located in Aldershot and Waterlooville
