- Complete Decent Homes and HHSRS assessments and validations
- Assist with resolving surveyor-related issues or client complaints
- Qualification such as ONC/HND in Construction/Building or RICS/CIOB membership (highly desirable)
- Sound knowledge of asset management, compliance, and statutory best practices
- Additional compliance qualifications (DEA, FPA, NEBOSH, P402/405) are desirable but not essential
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and clear communication skills
- Experience with databases, digital survey tools, and data analysis
