TSA Surveying are looking for 4 experienced Stock Condition Surveyors and EPC Assessors to conduct surveys for a large HA in London.
Surveyors Required:
- 1 x East London
- 1 x West London
- 2 x North West London
Start date: 5th October 2026
Working hours: 3pm - 9pm
Minimum 4 days per week required
Duration: Approximately 4 - 8 months
Very Good Rates Outside IR35
Tablet, Training and ID Badges/Calling Cards Provided
You will be carrying out:
- Stock Condition
- HHSRS
- Decent Homes Standard (DHS)
- EPC Assessments
Door knocking to arrange access where required and also attending pre-booked appointments.
