We're currently looking for an experienced Stock Condition & EPC/RdSAP Surveyor to join our team on a permanent basis.
Location: Primarily West London

The Role: You'll be carrying out:
- Stock Condition Surveys
- EPC Assessments
- RdSAP Surveys
All surveys are completed using Totalmobile on the client's own software, with a single digital survey form, making the process straightforward and efficient.
Requirements:
- Elmhurst-accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) for EPCs (essential)
- Experience carrying out Stock Condition Surveys
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload
- Full UK driving licence
