We are currently working with a leading multidisciplinary consultancy that is looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor to join its established Bristol team. This is a varied role offering the opportunity to work across both professional Building Surveying services and project management, supporting a diverse range of clients and projects across the South West.
The Role
- Building surveys and technical due diligence
- Condition surveys and planned maintenance programmes
- Dilapidations and schedules of condition
- Defect diagnosis and technical reporting
- Project management and contract administration
- Preparation of specifications and tender documentation
- Procurement and contractor management
- Project delivery from inception through to completion
- Working with both public and private sector clients
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships

About You
We are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with a strong technical background and experience within a consultancy environment. You will ideally have:

- Excellent client-facing and communication abilities
