Youll:

• Conduct technical due diligence & lifecycle assessments
• Deliver clear, robust, and insightful analysis
• Manage Independent Certifier (IC) services across high-profile projects
• Interface with top-tier clientslenders, investors, and developers

?? What Were Looking For

• Degree or equivalent in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Working toward or holding professional registration (e.g., MCIBSE, MIMechE, MIET)
• Experience in M&E surveying or consultancy
• Flexibility to travel nationally for exciting projects
