As a Senior Investment Consultant, you will play an integral role within the current investment team, not only as a top biller but also as a source of expertise and mentorship for the less experienced consultants. The firm has built up an enviable reputation over a long period of time and now has investment experts based in the UK and UAE. What’s in it for you:- Up to £40,000 basic salary
- Superb commission structure taking OTE to at least £80,000 in year 1
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and developers
- Conduct financial feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed property investments
- Manage a portfolio of property assets and oversee transactions from acquisition to completion
- Prepare investment proposals, financial models, and pitch presentations for clients
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales Progression, Finance, and Marketing to ensure seamless client service
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to business development efforts
- Manage and produce reports on your own pipeline
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property investment/consultancy
- Proven track record in closing high-value property investment deals
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficient in investment modelling and property valuation tools
- Deep knowledge of local and international property markets
