As a Senior Investment Consultant, you will play an integral role within the current investment team, not only as a top biller but also as a source of expertise and mentorship for the less experienced consultants. The firm has built up an enviable reputation over a long period of time and now has investment experts based in the UK and UAE. The strength of this reputation is proven by the extremely high volume of repeat clients they advise and consult for.

What you will be responsible for:
- Advise clients on property investment opportunities that align with their financial goals
- Analyse market trends, property values, and economic indicators to guide investment decisions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and developers
- Conduct financial feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed property investments
- Manage a portfolio of property assets and oversee transactions from acquisition to completion
- Prepare investment proposals, financial models, and pitch presentations for clients
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales Progression, Finance, and Marketing to ensure seamless client service
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to business development efforts
- Manage and produce reports on your own pipeline
What you will have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property investment/consultancy
- Proven track record in closing high-value property investment deals
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficient in investment modelling and property valuation tools
